Enrollment

Kingman Academy Of Learning welcomes you to our community. We hope to make the enrollment process as easy as possible for both students and parents, and are available to answer all of your questions.

  • If you are a brand-new family to KAOL, meaning you have never had a child enrolled in our schools, you are considered a New Family and will need to Create a New Account using the blue box to the right labeled New Family.

  • If you are already part of KAOL, meaning your student is returning or you have had any student attend KAOL at any time within the last 10 years, you are considered a Returning Family and will sign in to ParentVue using your existing account and the blue box to the right labeled Returning Family.

If you do not know your login information for ParentVue:
          • Click on the "Forgot Password" link.  If you still have access to the email address on file, your account information will be mailed to you.
          • If the "Forgot Password" option does not work, please call KAOL at 928-681-2400 for assistance.

IMPORTANT:  Please do NOT create a new account if you have ever had a student at KAOL.  Creating a new account will result in duplicate parent/student records and may delay the registration process.

Lottery Wait List Procedure

KAOL will only accept Lottery Wait List Requests for the current school year and the upcoming school year.

Upon receipt of the student's information, they will be placed on the waiting list for the appropriate grade level for the current school year or the upcoming year.

All students submitting a timely Wait List Request will be admitted unless the number of requests exceeds the number of openings available. If the number of requests exceeds the number of openings, preference will be given to siblings of students already enrolled. Remaining openings will be filled through an equitable selection process.

There will be no discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, national origin, income level, disability, proficiency in the English language, or athletic ability.

The school reserves the right to refuse admittance to students expelled from other schools, students currently involved in an expulsion process, or students in districts currently under a desegregation order.

Upon acceptance for enrollment students must present:

1. Proof of identity

2. Proof of Arizona residency

Withdrawal from School

If it is necessary to withdraw a student from school during the school term, parents or guardians must come to the school and complete a withdrawal form.
