At Kingman Academy of Learning, we recognize that every student learns differently. For students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), we provide a personalized approach that supports their unique educational needs and strengths.
Our comprehensive special education services include:
- Curriculum accommodations and modifications
Tailored adjustments that allow students to access grade-level content and demonstrate learning in ways that work best for them. - Collaboration with general education teachers
Regular and meaningful coordination to ensure consistency, inclusion, and support across classroom settings. - Direct Instruction
Targeted teaching strategies to build foundational skills delivered by qualified special education staff.
In addition to academic support, related services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, may be offered as deemed appropriate by the recommendations of the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) team.
